Overview Summary

This position focuses on helping clients explore travel opportunities, coordinating destination-related arrangements, and providing attentive support throughout the planning process. Primary Duties

• Assist travelers with destination selection, vacation planning, and booking-related support
• Research accommodations, attractions, transportation options, and travel packages using approved company resources
• Coordinate travel requests and help ensure reservation information is entered accurately
• Share relevant travel information and suggestions based on client interests and trip objectives
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and digital communication channels
• Assist with travel schedule updates, reservation modifications, and service-related requests
• Organize client files, booking records, and travel confirmations
• Complete ongoing educational programs and participate in team training sessions
