We’re looking for an amazing Destination Services Product Analyst to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

You’ll be responsible for:

  1. Building, managing, auditing, and negotiating tour inventory of up to 50k+ individual tour departures, including initial allotment build and waitlist management.
  2. Managing Shorex Repository, tour and operator information, and compliance requirement items.
  3. Promptly acting on itinerary changes by negotiating with vendors and adjusting inventory for new, changed, and/or canceled calls. Acts as call center point of contact for tour and port information requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify distressed inventory due to waitlist or underperformance and suggest content adjustments/cancellations, as well as tour retail adjustments to drive volume.
  • Work closely with guest service / call center and shipboard teams to amend bookings and communicate updates to guests and travel agents on changes and product-related information, ensuring communication is accurate and timely.
  • Communicate daily with tour operators to update allotments.

Requirements

  • Experience in Inventory Management and Optimization
  • Database Management, Planning & Operational Administration
  • Manage itinerary changes, adjustments, and cancellations for the region of responsibility
  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of travel or cruise industry helpful
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel (intermediate level)
  • Systems and data entry experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; Princess cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorships at this time (e.g., H-1B).

This position is considered hybrid, with three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday). Beginning in 2027, employees will be required to work on-site at our new headquarters in Miami, FL.
