Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, or related field, or comparable experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage event logistics and budgets.
• Experience servicing clients in sales or event services-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee planning and execution of conventions, conferences, and large events in hotels/venues.
• Collaborate with meeting planners, clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure logistics meet client needs.
• Lead special projects and attendance promotion for events and programs.
