Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Destination Sales and Contract Account Manager for a respected global hospitality organization focused on corporate meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs and special events. You will drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships and coordinating with event planning teams.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years in hotel group sales or hospitality contracting, excellence in communication and negotiation, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel group sales or hospitality contracting experience.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiations.
• Ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
