Qualifications

• Five years of progressive management in large-scale food and beverage operations.
• Experience leading managers and coordinating front- and back-of-house teams.
• Proficiency with P&L, budget forecasts, and cost controls.
• Strong knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual food and beverage operating plan and budget.
• Own departmental financial performance, including revenue and costs.
• Identify and implement revenue-growth opportunities across all F&B operations.
• Ensure standards for food/beverage quality, service, and hospitality.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a strong team of managers and staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to support guest experience.
