Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to be the friendly face behind our bakery case, finishing cheesecakes and desserts, glazing berries, and crafting espresso beverages. You will support front-of-house operations in a high-volume, full-service setting to elevate guest experiences.

Responsibilities include dessert finishing, espresso drinks, following safety standards, and maintaining a clean, efficient station while delivering outstanding service to guests.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Adaptable, patient, thrive in high-volume environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated with consistent work habits.
• Team player with hospitality mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare beverages.
• Follow food safety and handling standards and accommodate allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO.
• Maintain organization and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete setup and closing tasks and stock as needed.
• Communicate clearly with team to support service.
