The Cheesecake Factory is hiring a Dessert Finisher/Barista to finish cheesecakes and desserts in a high-volume bakery display. You will glaze strawberries, create whipped cream toppings, and craft espresso beverages while supporting front-of-house operations to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare coffee and espresso beverages.
• Follow food safety procedures, label, date, and rotate products using FIFO.
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork through clear and effective communication.
• Multitask and work well under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
