Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to be the friendly face behind our bakery case, finishing cheesecakes and desserts and crafting espresso beverages. You’ll work in a high-volume restaurant, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

As part of the front-of-house team, you’ll glaze strawberries, whip cream, and assist guests with warm, efficient service while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or barista experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare beverages.
• Follow instructions and maintain food safety standards, including allergies awareness.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with the team.
