Job summary

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Desktop Analyst to support desktop, laptop, and VDI environments across the firm. The role focuses on packaging, deployment, patching, inventory management, licensing audits, and documentation to uphold security and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a large organization, strong Windows expertise (SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy), and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a large organization.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience in Windows 10/11.
• Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Legal firm experience preferred.
• Light travel may be involved.
