Job summary

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough seeks a Desktop Analyst to support the firm’s IT Department across desktop, laptop and VDI environments. Responsibilities include software packaging, deployment, patching, inventory, compliance reporting, license auditing, documentation, image creation and workstation management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a large organization, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under strict guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a large organization.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments.
• Legal firm experience preferred.
• Light travel may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop, laptop, and VDI environments across the firm.
• Handle packaging, deployment, patching, inventory, and license auditing.
• Prepare compliance reporting, technical documentation, and image creation.
• Support software installations and configurations for all firm operations.
