Job summary

CaroMont Health in Gastonia, NC is seeking an IT technician to provide first level support and maintenance for PCs, laptops, printers and related peripherals.

You will install, diagnose, repair, upgrade and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimum workstation performance, troubleshoot issues, and log calls for escalation if needed. Documentation of resolutions and trend evaluation are required.

• Troubleshoot problems in a timely, professional and efficient manner, providing end-user training and education as needed.
• Receive and log trouble calls and resolve or dispatch to second-level resources in a timely manner.
• Document problem resolution and evaluate trends to prevent future problems.
