Job Description

This role involves providing hardware and software support to employees and new hires. Responsibilities include generating weekly reports, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, adapt quickly to change, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Image and install software on Windows and Apple devices, including IMAC procedures and remote support.
  2. Troubleshoot issues on Windows, Macintosh, and mobile devices.
  3. Handle printer repairs and installations.
  4. Manage disposal, redeployment, and asset reclamation.
  5. Coordinate shipping and hardware repairs.
  6. Assist with data backup and recovery.
  7. Perform hardware refreshes and manage warranties.
  8. Provide depot, walk-up, and VIP support.
  9. Manage inventory and assets, including asset tagging.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for onboarding and support.
  11. Maintain accurate records in the asset management system.
  12. Generate weekly inventory reports and hardware outflow records.
  13. Ensure resolutions align with company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of IT experience, with technical training.
  2. Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh platforms, including Microsoft Office.
  3. Experience imaging Windows 10 OS.
  4. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet).
  5. Experience with networked printers.
  6. Proficiency with PC-based office software and spreadsheets.
  7. Willingness to work extended hours or modified schedules.
  8. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  9. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  10. Experience in help desk or call center support.
  11. MCP and/or A+ Certifications preferred.
  12. Good communication skills, team-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, own transportation, valid driver’s license.
