You will install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and mobile devices, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to level II technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1yr experience as a Desktop Support Technician I or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with current Windows OS.
• Experience with Microsoft O365, Apple IOS, Citrix, MDM environment.
• Experience in responding to ticket-based support system.
• Great customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Desktop computer support for hardware, software and networking issues.
• Provide step-by-step user guidance and create technical documentation.
• Validate workstation functionality and printer/email services.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
• Configure mobile devices and tablets for users.
• Manage asset inventory and tagging of equipment.
• Set up computers using imaging and software installation.
