Dynalectric Oregon seeks a Desktop Support Technician I to provide end-user support within the organization’s desktop computing environment. You will install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and mobile devices, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to Level II, ensuring timely resolutions.

You will handle desktop imaging (Intune), software installation, asset tracking, and mobile device configuration while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience with Windows OS and modern operating environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 and Apple iOS.
• Experience with Citrix and device management (MDM).
• Experience responding to a ticket-based support system.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desktop, mobile, and network-related user support.
• Escalate complex issues to level II technicians as needed.
• Maintain inventory and asset tracking for equipment.
• Configure and image computers (Intune) and prepare user accounts.
• Assist with software installations and access provisioning.
