Job summary

Epiq Solutions is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will be the first point of contact for employee technology issues, delivering timely solutions and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

Responsibilities include configuring PCs, troubleshooting hardware and software, supporting peripherals, and assisting with workstation deployment. Strong customer service and IT fundamentals required; after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• Experience as Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Knowledge of printers, scanners, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and OS.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Provide timely and accurate user feedback.
• Support hardware, desktop OS, and applications.
