Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops at client sites across the region. You will interact with clients to resolve issues, deliver service calls within SLAs, and document activities promptly.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLAs for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies and guidelines to deliver services for each client.
• Ensure asset and inventory control with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within them daily.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
