Job Description Summary

Provide excellent technical support to computer system end users while maintaining See's security policies. This position requires working overtime on weeknights and weekends based on business needs. It is an on-site role located in South San Francisco, California (not remote/hybrid).

Job Details

The pay range at start is expected to be between $35-$40 per hour; actual offer may vary depending on experience, skills, and market factors.

Position Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain security and patch levels on all workstations.
  • Complete support requests within established timeframes, prioritizing as needed.
  • Coordinate with support personnel, provide updates, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Technical Support Supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain workstations and peripherals, performing repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Respond professionally and courteously to support requests.
  • Provision credentials and resources following approved documentation.
  • Adhere to See's Information Security Policies and Procedures.
  • Recommend proactive solutions to IT management.
  • Support multiple locations, including travel and overtime as required.
  • Participate in special projects like shop openings and moves.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology and departmental effectiveness.
  • Uphold company principles, including diversity and inclusion.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least three years supporting workstations and peripherals in large LAN/WAN environments.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Mac OS.
  • Support experience with Azure Active Directory and Cloud Exchange.
  • Support experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, able to multitask under pressure.
  • Formal technical training and certification required.
