This pivotal role involves routine process support, network and VoIP system administration, and comprehensive documentation. You'll be the go-to expert for all desktop-related queries, ensuring seamless technology experiences for our users. Your role is crucial in offering prompt, precise support while showcasing your excellent customer service skills and technical prowess. How you will have an impact!
  • Provide hands-on technical support via ticketing system, chat, or in person
  • Configure and deploy laptops, monitors, VoIP phones, and software for new hires
  • Execute offboarding tasks (device recovery, account deactivation, access removal)
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Mac hardware/software issues
  • Support remote and international users with time zone awareness
  • Track and manage inventory of IT assets
  • Perform basic user account management and password resets
  • Support IT security (encryption, updates, compliance monitoring)
  • Train users on IT tools and best practices
  • Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps
  • Participate in IT projects and cross-functional rollouts

  • 1+ years in a Desktop Support, IT Technician, or Help Desk role
  • Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
  • Basic networking and peripheral troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, SaaS apps, and user directories like Okta or Azure AD (preferred)
  • Clear communicator, especially with remote/international teams
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills
  • Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for IT best practices and data security

$20 - $24 an hour
Pay commensurate on experience .
