Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Lafayette, IN

What's the Job?

Provide IT / OT deskside support to all employees.

Deliver White Glove IT services to all company executives

Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows 10, 11), network issues, and mobile devices.

Stage, configure, and deliver IT assets such as personal computers and mobile phones.

Manage the inventory of IT assets for the site(s) and support all IT systems at the location.

What's Needed?

Previous IT Experience Performing The Required Duties.

Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse user base.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to travel to shop floor work environments daily to support users.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.
