OnBrand24 is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional to deliver onsite and remote assistance across hardware, software, and network services. You will investigate issues, configure new hardware, manage licenses, and maintain asset inventories while supporting end users with professionalism.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the IT team, documentation, and proactive problem-solving. A focus on strong communication and customer service is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Desktop Support or IT Help Desk experience
• Proficiency researching and troubleshooting complex problems
• Basic networking and telephony
• Ability to plan, document, and execute complex tasks/projects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Associates degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience
• MCITP/CompTIA certifications are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software and networking issues
• Install and configure hardware, manage inventory, track licenses
• Install/configure OS and software, maintain license tracking
• Asset management and real-time inventory
• On-site user support and issue escalation coordination
• Collaborate with supervisors on new systems, projects, upgrades
• Perform other duties as assigned
