Qualifications
- 3+ years of desktop support experience.

- Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software.

- Handle all Deskside support incidents and requests, including escalations.
- Provide expert technical support to all users, including senior leadership.
- Support remotely and perform occasional in person/desk visits.
- Configure hardware to be shipped to remote employees.
