Job summary

The CCS Companies in Massachusetts is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to deliver high-quality desktop support to internal users and external clients. You will resolve technical issues, prioritize work orders, and help maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

You will install and image PCs, manage upgrades, troubleshoot hardware and software, configure VPNs, and coordinate with Network Support to keep devices connected to the corporate network.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in desktop support or IT-related internship may qualify.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responds to helpdesk requests and phone inquiries.
• Prioritizes and resolves technical issues to complete work orders.
• Manages PC installations, imaging, upgrades, and patches.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software problems.
• Collaborates with Network Support to ensure device connectivity to the corporate network.
• Tracks and updates issues using IT ticketing software.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
