Contract Duration: 4 months (with possible extension)

We’re seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join a dynamic IT team supporting enterprise-level end users. If you have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

  • Provide hands-on desktop support to a diverse range of internal users
  • Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office technology
  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 software support at the enterprise level
  • Support backend Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and management
  • Utilize MS Intune and Active Directory
  • Handle incident and request management tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Proficiency with:
