Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support/PC Technician to maintain and image workstations, perform software installations, and transfer applications.

You will work with ServiceNow, Eracent, and Microsoft Apps to support end users and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to move IT equipment as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Desktop Support or PC Technician experience.
• PC Imaging & Reimaging.
• Software Installations and Software Transfers.
• Experience with Microsoft Apps, ServiceNow, Eracent, or similar endpoint management/ticketing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting and moving IT equipment throughout the day.
