The Level 2 Team is the face of IT for our clients, handling BAU tickets and escalations, providing onsite or remote support with excellent communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide swift and professional deskside IT support
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve desktop problems onsite or remotely
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot workstations, mobile devices, and hardware/software
  • Record and update tickets using the ticket management system
  • Collaborate with global support teams to resolve issues
  • Build, monitor, and troubleshoot client devices
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing
  • Maintain procedures for logging and monitoring desktop operations
  • Create technical documentation and Knowledgebase articles
  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in Desktop Support/Helpdesk roles
  • Experience with printers, PCs, laptops, Win 7/10/11, Mac OS
  • Experience with Windows 11 Migration, VPN, Soft Phones, Remote Desktop, VDI
  • Asset and inventory management skills
  • Support for phones and tablets (Windows, iOS, Android)
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proven customer service experience, especially in financial environments
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and work autonomously or in teams
  • Dress code: Business casual
