Job Description:

• Provide swift and professional deskside IT support
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for clients
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot client workstations and related hardware/software
• Utilize ticket management systems to record, update, and resolve support tickets
• Collaborate with support teams across global locations
• Participate in disaster recovery testing exercises
• Maintain procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring desktop operations
• Create technical support documentation and Knowledgebase articles
• Meet or exceed customer service expectations
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support/IT Helpdesk roles
• Experience with Windows 7, 10, 11, and Mac OS support
• Experience with Windows 11 Migration and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Knowledge of VPN, Soft Phones, Remote Desktop, VDI
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and work autonomously or in a team

Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
