Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Providing onsite and remote support for end user Mac & Windows systems and applications.
• Collaborating with team members and leadership, implementing support processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Performing onboarding tasks including account creation, computer and desk setup.
• Managing, supporting, and provisioning business applications in a cloud-based environment.
• Providing AV support.
