Job summary

Denali Advanced Integration is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver hands-on technical assistance and deployment services for diverse client projects. Responsibilities include hardware deployments, OS upgrades, and remote/desk-side support across Windows environments.

The role requires strong customer service, solid communication skills, and the ability to travel to various locations in Seattle and nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient Windows desktop/laptop support in enterprise environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic software configurations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deploy hardware and OS upgrades; moves and re-deployments.
• Provide remote and desk-side user support for systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot PCs and ensure integration with networks and business apps.
• Travel to sites in Seattle/Puget Sound and nationwide as needed.
