Job summary

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or Associate's degree with technical certification and 4+ years of IT support experience.
• Imaging, deploying desktop/workstations.
• Strong administration experience with Windows Desktop and Server OS.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and desktop troubleshooting.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktop, laptop, and server systems.
• OS imaging, software installation, updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Administer Windows Desktop and Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP configurations.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support and manage incidents.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance and issue resolution.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and reports.
• Support hardware refresh, decommissioning, and office moves.
• Use ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to track and resolve requests.
