Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting end users in a Microsoft-first environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, M365, Azure AD/AD, Windows 10/11, DHCP, DNS, and Intune.
• Scripting mindset with PowerShell is a MUST.
• Comfort with change control and documentation processes.
• Strong communication skills; explain technical issues to non-technical people.
