Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an IT support specialist to administer CABINET desktops, notebooks, and mobile data terminals. The role includes hardware/software support for specialized law enforcement software, plus assistance with equipment in CABINET cruisers.

You will coordinate with vendors and Tier 1/3 staff on issues, handle IT tickets, and perform other duties as needed to keep the agency’s systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and office productivity software.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly and concisely.
• Experience providing Tier 2 IT support and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Administer CABINET Desktops, Notebooks, and Mobile Data Terminals and related equipment.
• Provide hardware and software support including law enforcement applications.
• Assist with IT equipment in CABINET cruisers and coordinate with vendors for issues.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and 3 personnel on support tickets.
• Utilize the IT ticket system and perform other assigned duties.
