Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general enterprise IT tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
• Local candidates or willing to work on-site; travel to nearby branches may be required.

This Dispatch/Part-Time, independent contractor role involves providing both on-site and remote support for end users while efficiently managing assignments and coordinating service requests.
You’ll serve as the go-to technical resource for desktop support needs, ensuring the timely resolution of IT issues and smooth coordination among field technicians and internal teams.

• Assist with home office setup and remote work support (firm-issued or personal laptops and virtual machines)

Required Qualifications:
