Job summary

Teceze USA in Medina, MN is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide first-line and onsite IT support for a long-term engagement. You will troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking issues while maintaining professional customer service.

This on-site role requires 1–5 years in L1/L2/L3 IT support, experience with ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy, and strong communication skills. You will manage and document tickets and work with local teams to resolve incidents.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in L1/L2/L3 IT support.
• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience with ticketing systems ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication.
• Able to work independently in an onsite environment.

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer for a long-term opportunity supporting a leading organization in Medina, Minnesota.

Location: Medina, MN

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Duration: Long-Term

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical and desktop support to end users
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Manage and update support tickets
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate L2/L3 teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow IT support processes
• Provide professional and customer-focused onsite support

Required Skills:

• 1–5 years of experience in L1, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Basic networking knowledge — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
