Duration: Long-term Indefinite Contract

Desktop Support technician with a high aptitude for customer service in the Flemingsburg area. Our technician’s interface with the agency users remotely and in person, so customer service skills are as essential as technical skills.

Candidates must have experience related directly with desktop support (1-2 years minimum), including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a windows-based environment. The candidate also needs to possess basic network troubleshooting skills.
