Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering and Application Packaging.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
Experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, or Workspace ONE.
Hands-on experience with MSI, MSIX, App-V, and PowerShell.
Understanding of enterprise software deployment and change management.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy application packages across enterprise desktop environments.
Package applications using MSI, MSIX, and App-V.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for packaging and automation.
Support critical and zero-day security patch deployments within defined SLAs.
Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues and ensure reliable software delivery.
Follow change management, governance, security, and deployment standards.
Create and maintain packaging SOPs and technical documentation.
