Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to automate the generation of executable software and manage Intune deployment across Windows, iOS, and Android. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure MSIX/Win32 packaging quality, and maintain an up-to-date app catalog while coordinating with app owners.

The role emphasizes security policy compliance, MAM configurations, and scalable rollout plans, with mentoring duties and interaction across security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Candidates must be US citizens and will be required to undergo a background investigation; no dual citizenship due to federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• App inventory, package/test apps.
• Build, test, and deploy enterprise apps across Windows, iOS, and Android as part of the UEM → Intune modernization effort.
• Performs end to end application inventory, analysis, packaging, and validation using MSIX, Win32, Intune wrapping, and mobile app format.
• Ensure applications are compliant with security policies and ready for deployment through Intune and MAM configurations.
• Troubleshooting packaging issues.
• Coordinating with application owners.
• Maintaining a full application catalog.
• Supporting migration waves for a secure, stable, and predictable app deployment experience.
• Mentors junior team members and provides input on annual appraisals of team members.
