Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Maintenance Technology or related field from an accredited university, OR relevant IT experience.
• Basic knowledge of PC networking, Windows Active Directory, and printers/plotters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and configure new hardware.
• Train end users on device and software basics.
• Document troubleshooting guides and installation procedures.
• Maintain technical skills through self-directed research.
