Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International’s Habitat Metro Denver team seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to provide frontline support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and SaaS tools such as Office 365 across multiple locations. The role focuses on gathering requirements, configuring systems, performing upgrades, and delivering day-to-day assistance with a positive attitude.

Travel between five metro locations is required; you will triage incidents, maintain documentation, assist with software

Qualifications

Experience providing end-user IT support for desktop and SaaS tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software.
Familiarity with cloud-based apps and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and volunteers facing technical issues.
Assess, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents via ticketing system, email, phone and chat.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems across devices and SaaS platforms.
Develop and improve IT documentation, self-service resources and processes.
Provide ongoing support during software rollouts and migrations.
