Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Desktop Governance Analyst to support governance, risk, and compliance around elevated access controls, audit readiness, remediation, and evidence management. You will develop dashboards, SOPs, and reports while strengthening preventive controls.

Responsibilities include reviewing access requests, supporting privileged access management, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational consistency in a diverse end-user computing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting desktop infrastructure for access governance and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to collect evidence, perform risk remediation, and produce compliance reporting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support elevated access governance activities, including reviews and recertifications.
• Review access requests against security requirements and policy standards.
• Develop compliance reporting, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and validate controls.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support process improvements.
