Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks an IT Analyst - Desktop Governance & Compliance to support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives in a large enterprise desktop environment.

You will focus on privileged access management, access governance, audit readiness, and compliance reporting while collaborating with cross-functional IT, security, and business teams to strengthen controls and drive process improvements across end-user computing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, risk management, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience supporting desktop infrastructure, governance, PAM, access governance, compliance, audit support, or risk management.
• Experience with PAM, elevated access administration, and access recertification processes.
• Experience with audit support, evidence management, and risk remediation.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise access governance activities and privileged access reviews.
• Review elevated access requests for policy and risk alignment.
• Analyze desktop infrastructure and access controls for governance improvements.
• Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and SOPs.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting to support risk decisions.
• Assist audits with evidence management and remediation tracking.
• Participate in IT projects and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with IT, security, compliance and business stakeholders.
