Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Compliance & Audit Analyst for a 6-12 month contract in a hybrid Fort Worth, TX environment. You will manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, de-provisioning, and RBAC, while ensuring compliance across IAM platforms and reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires strong IT audit experience, familiarity with SAML, OAuth, LDAP, MFA, and cloud security concepts. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related roles, a CS/IT cybersecurity background, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, CIS/MIS, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in a closely related IT role.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Identity Lifecycle Management: manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and RBAC.
User provisioning/de-provisioning: create/modify/terminate user accounts securely.
Compliance and reporting: ensure IAM standards and provide regular reports.
Analytical thinking: dissect data to identify security threats.
Problem solving: address security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Attention to detail: monitor, analyze, document security events.
Communication: convey technical information to stakeholders.
Teamwork and collaboration: coordinate security activities with the team.
Audit and compliance: assist audits of access controls and directory services.
Incident response: assist in response to access-related incidents and service requests.
Collaboration: work with end users to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
End user training: develop IAM and application access training.
