Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced desktop support professional in Orlando, Florida to manage incidents, imaging, and deskside services across the employee fleet.

You will work closely with IT teams to maintain device readiness, security compliance, and efficient problem resolution. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Windows environments, imaging using PXE, and familiarity with SCCM/Intune, AD, and VPN.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of desktop support or field IT experience.
• Experience imaging Windows 11 with PXE boot.
• Hands-on hardware replacement following standard procedures.
• Proficient with SCCM/Intune for software deployment and updates.
• Experience with AD, BitLocker, and Outlook administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident/change management processes.
• Knowledge of VPN and remote support tooling.
• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution.
• Oversee IMAC and deskside support services.
• Handle hardware and software break-fix for laptops/desktops.
• Provide standard hardware/software support for lifecycle devices.
• Manage desktop configuration, patching, and hardware replacements with vendor spare parts.
• Analyze service desk calls to identify training needs and automation opportunities.
• Ensure correct desktop images are installed on devices.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus across desktop endpoints.
