The position operates on a hybrid schedule with four days onsite in Boston, MA, offering a base salary of $125k–$140k plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop engineering or service desk roles within enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Windows 11, Intune/SCCM, Citrix, Exchange/Outlook, Teams/Webex.
• Experience troubleshooting across endpoint, network, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support for hardware, software, and end-user technology issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, application, and connectivity problems.
• Manage tickets from intake to resolution with clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve support processes.
• Administer and support endpoint management tools, collaboration platforms, and business apps.
• Document troubleshooting steps and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve issues.
