Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Desktop Engineering & Security to lead and advance our enterprise desktop engineering across New York City and global offices. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of desktop engineering or infrastructure support experience within the financial services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Group Policy, Citrix VDI/XenApp, and enterprise endpoint management technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop security tools and best practices, including Microsoft Defender, CASB solutions, endpoint security policies, and security benchmarking frameworks.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with a proven ability to automate administrative tasks and improve operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with four days per week in the New York City office.

Responsibilities
