Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions in Frederick, MD is seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to maintain enterprise Windows environments, build optimized Windows images, and support end-user devices across the organization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in desktop engineering, strong PowerShell scripting, experience with VDI and VMware, and a track record of reducing manual IT tasks through automation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, desktop support, or endpoint management.


• Proven experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.


• Strong experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing Windows desktop images.


• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and endpoint issues.
