Job summary

CDW in St. Paul, MN is seeking a PC Technician to provide end-user support and own hardware break-fix, setup and deployment in a large enterprise environment.

You will troubleshoot, provision and decommission laptops, desktops, and tablets; set up equipment for deployment with software installation; and manage asset and parts inventory in InTune, MDM, and SCCM. This is an on-site, full-time W2 hourly role.

We seek experience with troubleshooting, provisioning and decommissioning of various devices, to include:
