Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Minnesota. The role reports to the Territory Supervisor and focuses on hardware‑focused break‑fix services for client products, with emphasis on troubleshooting and repair skills.

You will travel to client locations and manage assets per policy. The position requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and a basic repair tool kit.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must own basic repair tool kit.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lb.
• Ability to drive to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Accept and complete all service calls assigned.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Control and return assets and inventory.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.

Requirements

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations

• Must own a basic repair tool kit
• Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
