Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Engineer to support enterprise endpoint management, application deployment, and advanced desktop engineering initiatives. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment.
• Proven Tier 3 troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and endpoint technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms and modern device management solutions.
• Experience implementing security policies and compliance standards.
• Microsoft endpoint management certifications are a plus.
