eNGINE is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys designing enterprise endpoint solutions, automating processes, and serving as a technical leader within a large-scale Windows environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of Windows endpoints, applications, and printers.
• Partner with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that improve the end-user experience.
• Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for complex endpoint issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to drive resolution.
• Act as the subject matter expert for endpoint technologies, providing guidance during infrastructure projects and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the endpoint environment, including operating system patching, application packaging, software deployment, and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and batch scripting to streamline administration and improve operational efficiency.
• Research, test, and implement new technologies and best practices for endpoint management.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and implementation progress to IT leadership and project stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows endpoint environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft endpoint management technologies such as SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
• Experience with application packaging, software deployment, and Windows patch management.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and/or batch scripting for automation.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with desktop virtualization technologies such as Citrix or VMware Horizon is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
