Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions in Westchester County, NY, is seeking a Desktop Deployment Support professional for an onsite, five-day workweek role. You’ll join the Corporate Support Group handling deskside support and equipment deployment.

The position requires hands-on desktop support experience, AD and Microsoft 365 basics, Windows imaging, and independent communication with end users. You will support onboarding, imaging, device deployment, and conference-room systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on desktop support with real hardware experience.
• Active Directory user administration and Microsoft 365 basics.
• Windows 10/11 imaging and deployment experience.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with end users.

Responsibilities

• IT onboarding for new hires: AD, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace setup.
• Device deployment: imaging, enrollment, and configuration of desktops and laptops.
• Hardware troubleshooting, repair, and replacement.
• Conference room support: displays, cameras, audio, and meeting rooms.
• Basic Microsoft Intune tasks: enrolling devices, checking compliance, deploying apps, first-level troubleshooting.
• Working tickets through to resolution and documenting what was done.

Desktop Deployment Support
Westchester County, NY - 5 days p week onsite
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00/hr

We are seeking a Desktop Support/Deployment professional to join a fast paced IT Support Team. You will be be apart of the Corporate Support Group handling deskside support and equipment deployment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• IT onboarding for new hires: account creation in Active Directory,
  Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including licensing and group
  access
• Device setup and deployment: imaging, enrollment and configuration
  of desktops, laptops, mobile devices
• Hardware troubleshooting, repair and replacement
• Conference room support: displays, cameras, audio and meeting-room systems
• Basic Microsoft Intune tasks: enrolling devices, checking
  compliance, deploying apps, first-level troubleshooting
• Working tickets through to resolution and documenting what was done

MUST HAVE

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on desktop support, with real hardware experience
• Active Directory user administration and Microsoft 365 basics
• Windows 10/11 imaging and deployment
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with end users
